The Latymer School is a large, highly successful grammar school educating 1385 young people between the ages of 11 and 18. We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside our existing team. The role involves intervention group work, play as a key worker for our SEN students in supporting our students in small groups and being involved in lessons to deliver high quality support and education to our SEN students to develop their highest potential.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, organised, confidential, patient and compassionate. You should have commitment or experience of working with pupils with a range of Special Education Needs. You should have excellent communication skills, as this is vital. You should be able to build positive relationships with staff, students and parents or guardians.
