Maulden Lower School is a single form entry village lower school with a pre-school and is able to offer well behaved, engaged children and a learning environment with supportive and friendly staff.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good understanding of a range of special educational needs and ways to support them

As our SENDCo you will:

• Have excellent communication skills, helping to monitor and support best practice throughout the school
• Develop a good working relationship with colleagues, parents and other professionals working to support our children and helping to remove barriers to learning
• Provide advice, support and training to our staff to enable them to meet the needs of all our children.
