About this Role


We are looking for a Head Teacher who will:

·       Be an inspirational leader, able to motivate and empower all staff and students, with substantial recent senior leadership experience in an appropriate school or similar setting,

·       Be visible and accessible, engaging positively with children, staff, parents, Governors, and the community,

·       Prioritise the wellbeing, resilience and achievements of all children and staff and put this at the heart of all decisions,

·       Be prepared to provide challenge to established ways of working and demonstrate vision and agility in decision-making in order to move the school forward,

·       Demonstrate a robust, innovative, and realistic approach to financial planning and a proven ability to manage financial and human resources effectively and efficiently.
