 20 hours per week, term time plus training days (39 weeks per year)

Monday – Friday 12.30pm - 4.30pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient and organised person to become an Administrator for Shenley Brook End School.  You will be joining our Administration team; you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to all departments within the School. You will manage, plan and deliver the administration of key projects to meet agreed deadlines and support within the Reprographics department, in line with School processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will: -

·         Be a proficient IT user with the ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy

·         Be highly organised

·         Have excellent communication skills that allows you to inform, coach and advise others

·         Want to make a difference to the children in our care
