The role of the Head of Geography is leadership and
management of the Geography department and learning across the curriculum, to
continue the transformational journey to ensure the best for everyone,
the best from everyone.
Reporting to, and supported by a member of senior leadership,
the Head of Geography will be responsible for curriculum intent and
implementation, student outcomes and achievement in the subject area.
The Head of Geography will be a successful and experienced person able to enthuse, motivate and inspire children. The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent leadership and communication skills in his/her present role.
