Cromwell Community College is a good school which aspires to be an outstanding school. We look to our Maths Faculty to be a driving force towards this aspiration.
We are looking to appoint an inspirational maths teacher to join our successful team at Cromwell Community College. The maths team have been especially successful in recent years, at GCSE and A-Level. The successful candidate will be required to teach across KS3 and KS4, and possibly KS5.
We are a popular, growing and successful school. The Maths Faculty at Cromwell is popular with pupils at both GCSE and A-Level, and is striving to become outstanding. Pupils enjoy their maths lessons and staff are hardworking, enthusiastic and committed. Within the role you will be working in a team of ten, as a department we are passionate about the use of a mastery model for teaching – we have a maths mastery specialist working in house. We are committed to enriching the maths curriculum for our pupils, via excellent links with the Cambridge Maths Hub & our local AMSP group. The Maths Faculty is also undergoing extensive Community College has recently become an all-through school with the addition of our primary provision, over the coming years within maths we will be increasingly working with our primary phase with a number of exciting opportunities arising.
If you are enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate about maths and recognise its importance for the development of all pupils, and will strive to provide excellent results in our already successful faculty, we would like to hear from you.
