This is an exciting opportunity to join the estates management team at Tarporley High School and Sixth Form College. The postholder will work as part of a team providing site maintenance services to the school.
The working pattern will be a three shift rotation as follows:-
(During school closure periods the working pattern will revert to 08.00 to 16.00 (15.30 on Friday)
The successful candidate will receive paid public holidays and 26 days paid annual leave (rising to 31 days after 5 years continuous service). Paid sick leave in accordance with length of service. Also, they will be automatically enrolled in the Cheshire Pension Fund (a Local Government Pension Scheme) with a very generous employer’ contribution rate.
A full clean driving licence is essential. Previous experience of working in an educational environment would be desirable but is not essential.
