The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate commitment and passion for education and raising standards in delivering outstanding learning opportunities for our pupils. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team and liaise with all staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure the best outcomes for our children. Positivity and a sense of humour have essential as is expert knowledge of the Primary curriculum, resilience, creativity, commitment and professionalism. You must be able to create a nurturing learning environment for all our children. You must have effective organisational skills and a willingness to contribute to the wider school life.
We expect all staff to abide by our professional standards, values and behaviours.
Visits to the school are encouraged.
Posts working with either children and/or vulnerable adults will be subject to an enhanced disclosure of criminal records.
