About this Role
We are looking for teachers who are outstanding practitioners or have the potential to be. We need staff who are inspiring and motivating for pupils, able to think about learning and deliver it in an interesting and engaging way. We have a strong support package for teachers, including joint PPA time giving opportunities to share ideas; strong, knowledgeable senior leaders who have time out of the classroom to focus on developing teaching and learning.
You will:

- Have a diverse set of skills which will enable you to be flexible in working with a range of age groups and special educational needs and disabilities
- Have enthusiasm for working with children
- Have the ability to manage a diverse workload
- Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn
- Have a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Have a commitment to improving the life chances of every child
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
