The successful applicant will provide high quality leadership of a year group, setting a strong ethos and culture of respect in line with the aims of the school.
To ensure high standards of individual pastoral care: providing a quick response to issues raised; the effective operation of good pastoral recording, tracking and monitoring; and the delivery of pro-active planned interventions.
In doing so, to support
high standards of student progress and attainment, supporting the school
systems established by the senior leadership team and in liaison with Faculty
