About this Role
Waterhead Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and
dynamic Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage its cleaning team. Our
values of respect, ambition and determination are at the core of everything we
do and we are looking for an individual who shares this ethos.
As well as some cleaning duties, the post holder
will have responsibility for a team of cleaners ensuring that a high quality
cleaning service is in place across the whole Academy. Duties will
include ordering and stock control, quality assurance and allocation of
work.
The successful candidate will possess excellent
organisational skills, be self motivated and lead by example.
Strong attention to detail is essential with the ability to build effective
working relationships and a strong team ethos. Personal qualities are of
paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to be approachable,
professional, flexible and reliable.
