About this Role

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Inclusion Worker, dedicated to supporting our young people reach their full potential. The role will focus on providing positive, aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental (SEMH) needs through high quality support and engagement, supporting learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing, whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
