About this Role
Ditton Church of England Junior School is seeking to appoint an inspirational and nurturing teacher to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. The role is a full time permanent position, to start from September.
We have developed our own curriculum and continue to develop and grow our provision to meet the needs of our local community.
We are looking for a skilled practitioner who can:
- Exhibit the values and ethos of Ditton in all they do
- Be a champion for behaviour and wellbeing for all out students
- Be an excellent role model for teaching and learning.
- Be prepared to go the extra mile to support our children and the wider community.
We can offer you:
- A strong, supportive ethos across the school based on our core values (as identified in our SIAMS report 2023)
- Motivated children who are keen to learn and grow as individuals
- Committed and supportive staff
- Excellent professional development opportunities, both within the school and across the trust
We benefit from being part of the Aletheia Academies Trust. Teachers and TAs have joint CPD sessions including moderation, and there are many opportunities for pupils to take part in a range of sporting and arts events and wider opportunities.
