Founded in 1996, Cauldwell Primary is a growing and ambitious school with a carefully embedded clear ethos based around aspiration and overcoming barriers to achievement. 

With 420 students between the ages of 4 and 11, we are a non-selective school and our pupils come from a wide range of social backgrounds, cultures and abilities. Our vision states that we are committed to Achievement for All. Everyone matters, whether they are staff, parents or pupils and we take every measure possible to ensure they are valued and supported.  

As part of HEART Academies Trust, we recognise that teachers are the most important factor affecting pupil achievement and therefore staff well-being is high on our priority list. We invest heavily in staff development and work side by side with our teaching staff to ensure excellent teaching.
