Welcome to the City Road Primary School website!
City Road Primary School is situated in the Rotton Park area of North Edgbaston, close to the Dudley Road.
We are extremely fortunate to have such an aspirational school community. We have a warm and welcoming ethos and we aim to provide a safe and happy environment where children can thrive and enjoy their learning.
All our staff have high expectations of what can be achieved.
Our broad and balanced curriculum is creative and fun and is taught through exciting projects both inside and outside of the classroom. We regularly have visitors into school to bring learning to life. We also have a range of experts, such as music teachers and dance teachers to further enhance children’s learning.
We have a dedicated staff team, committed to developing the knowledge, skills and understanding which will enable our children to enjoy learning and achieve success.
We work closely with families to enable this to happen, as we recognise the positive contribution that a collaborative approach can achieve.

- £23,194.00 - £29,439.00 Annually (FTE)
Salary figures are correct as of 1st April 2022. The SEND allowance is £1507.28 pro-rata. Please note the salary figures are the full-time equivalent and are from 1st April 2022. The 2023 pay award will be applied from April 2023.
