The Littletons CofE First School

About The Littletons CofE First School

Our school mission is to provide education in an environment where all stakeholders belonging to The Littletons School are treated equally and with respect through our Christian distinctiveness. We foster a belief in all, that they can be the best they can be, and their contribution will be valued. We provide the best education we can to enable children to achieve their full potential in all aspects of life. Belong, believe achieve is our promise and at the heart of our vision. Our values provide the whole school community with the fruits with which they can live their life and grow as individuals. These fruits are described in Galatians 5:22-23. 'But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.'

Our vision is to nurture children to become confident and responsible learners and achieve their full potential.

Our values are rooted in our Christian distinctiveness - Caring, Honesty, Perseverance, Respect and Responsibility.

We are very proud of our school, the happy friendly environment and the successes of our children.

We are also committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and we expect everyone to share this commitment.

The Littletons School has a long heritage. On 1st April 1871 The Littleton National School became a "Public Elementary School". The school moved to its present site from Middle Littleton to South Littleton on 16th July 1968.

We are very pleasantly situated within an attractive village in a rural community, you can find us in Farm Lane, South Littleton, Evesham Worcs, WR11 8TL. We are a small village Church of England school and we can take up to 180 children and 24 children in the private on site Nursery. We currently have seven teaching staff and eight teaching assistants and our headteacher is Mrs Helen Brambani.

Our Christian distinctiveness is an important part of school life. Five core values caring, honesty, perseverance, respect and responsibility permeate our day and support our children in knowing what is right and wrong, and their understanding of British values.
