About Ursula Taylor Church of England School
Ursula Taylor Church of England School is a happy, vibrant place to be. We have wonderful children who enjoy their school and work very hard to learn new skills and achieve the best quality they can. We are a two form entry Primary School with children in Reception to the end of Year 6. At the current time we have 353 children on role, we have previously been a Lower School, which converted to a Primary School with our first Upper Key Stage 2 cohort starting in September 2017.
Ursula Taylor converted to be a standalone Academy in August 2013 and we have very recently joined the Diocese of St. Albans Multi-Academy Trust. We benefit from being part of a Trust with an ethos and culture which encourages and supports all members of our school family and champions a child's right to an engaging, inclusive and aspirational educational experience.
Ursula Taylor is well supported by a staff body who are really committed to giving our children the best opportunities we can. Our parents are engaged and are advocates for our school, sharing in their children's education and being a part of an active and vibrant school community.
