Our ATT Institute is a unique resource; a dedicated team of qualified professionals working to facilitate the very best professional development for our 2000 colleagues.

Colleagues can access free confidential help and advice 24 hours a day, every day, via our Employee Assistance Programme and in-house occupational health service. We care about our colleagues' feedback and want to keep improving, so we ask for your thoughts in our annual anonymous wellbeing survey.
