The Chiltern Learning Trust is an outstanding and progressive multi-academy trust in Luton and Bedfordshire.
The schools within the Trust are thriving and moving forwards. Our Trust also includes the Chiltern Training Group (CTG), a high quality Initial Teacher Training provider, which is one of only a very few ‘outstanding’ school based providers in the country. Similarly within our Trust is the Chiltern Teaching School Hub (CTSH), a well-established high quality school improvement process and Acorn Teaching Group.
We are committed to excellent standards of teaching and learning, and helping raise the attainment of all learners. Our wellbeing programme gives you cover for routine health care including NHS health check-ups, mini health MOTs, smoking cessation, adult weight management, exercise referral, and long-term condition rehab.
It also includes a range of benefits designed to help support your overall development and wellbeing, such as staff workshops based on healthy eating, stress management and low mood and sleep, and assemblies available on a huge range of topics like healthy eating, physical activity, and portion control.
CLT Refer a Friend Scheme
We offer a £200 gift card from our successful Refer a Friend Scheme. This entails that if you successfully refer a friend and they are hired by the Trust you will be awarded a £200 gift card that allows you to shop in over 150 stores in-store and online. All employees are entitled to this benefit.

We really value the professional development of our staff and are pleased to say that over 50% of our senior teams are formed from internal promotions. Many of our teachers grow with the Trust, and move from initial teacher training through to senior leadership. The Trust ‘looks after’ your career development.
