About Innovate Multi Academy Trust

Innovate Multi Academy Trust (iMAT) is made up of six primary academies in beautiful locations in the Northamptonshire countryside.

Our mission is to establish GREAT primary academies that are centres for innovation and excellence for leadership and teaching, where pupils are safe and engaged in their learning.

Our Children

★ The curriculum in all of our academies will be tailored to meet the needs of each individual whilst

nurturing talents and encouraging greatness in all areas of school life.

provided at each academy.

Our Staff

★ We set high expectations for our staff to support and stretch every child, ensuring they make excellent progress and build the skills, knowledge and attributes that will prepare them for secondary school and beyond.

★ Our staffing strategy focuses on training great staff, in partnership with local universities, and promoting great leaders from within our schools. As well as this, we have an attractive package of incentives and professional development to reward, retain and develop a team of experienced and high quality members of staff.
