About Synergy Multi Academy Trust
Synergy Multi Academy Trust works collaboratively across its schools, bringing a high quality of inclusive education to all. We are ambitious for our young people and believe they should come away from our Trust not only with the best qualifications possible to reach their ambitions in life, but with enquiring and open minds.
To achieve this, we are committed to knowing every child and providing a knowledge-rich curriculum that encourages aspiration and a global perspective. This goes hand in hand with encouraging our young people to take part in Trust-wide events, including sports, writing and the arts and taking up opportunities for learning beyond the classroom.
We believe in excellent teaching, and our teachers benefit from supported career pathways and structured knowledge and skills sharing between schools. We are also proud to champion new teachers through our initial teacher training and early career teacher programmes.
We know that rural schools are an important part of the education eco-system and that they play a central role in their local communities. Rural schools are special places, and our trust is excited to nurture and enable thriving and vibrant education opportunities to all our young people.
