WHO WE ARE

Brooke Weston Trust is a successful and thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a very bright future. In recent years it has been one of the most improved MATs in the country, with all schools now graded at least "Good". Demand for places in our schools continues to rise. With six primaries and six secondaries across Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire, we are passionate about giving our students the best start in life, both academically and as citizens, providing them with "tickets for life". We are excited to have recently been selected to build a new free school in Cambridgeshire due to the success and reputation of our existing secondary schools.

ENABLING EXCELLENCE: LEARN WITH US

As the designated Teaching School Hub for Northamptonshire, our Centre of Excellence provides learning across the county and nationally. We can offer Chartered Teaching Status and Masters qualifications too.

We also run teacher training for new graduates or career-changers through our SCITT programme, with guaranteed placements in local schools, and if you are placed within one of our own schools, we commit to repaying your study fees. SCITT places come with generous bursaries for certain subjects, such as Maths, Science and Computing. We have well-established Leadership Academy and Step Into Leadership programmes, and will be introducing a new Women in Leadership course this year, to support our female talent.

Our support staff have access to our Centre for Professional Development, with professional qualifications available. They also receive five dedicated CPD days to support their development.

TECHNOLOGY FOCUSED

We're proud to have two Microsoft Showcase Schools in our network, fiving the best access to technology and innovation for our teachers and support staff. Our continued focus on technology has led us to offer 60+ digital apprenticeships to our employees.

DIVERSITY, INCLUSION AND WELLBEING

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference brought teachers and school leaders together from across the county to share ideas and best practice. We have also recently supported and funded a Women into Leadership Conference and the Women into Headship Conference. We work with female mentors across Northamptonshire to develop the next generation of female leaders.
