The Grand Union Partnership is an exciting and dynamic place to work. Whilst we’re a relatively small Trust of primary schools we are ambitious and are looking for people to join our schools and central team who are committed to making a difference, both inside and outside of the classroom.
Our people are our greatest asset and at the Grand Union Partnership you can be assured that if you invest in our children and our mission, we will invest in you and your career development.
Whatever role or level, we are committed to supporting our staff and offer a wide range of benefits, which include:
Safeguarding children
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and the expectation is that all our staff share this commitment. Therefore, successful applicants are required to undertake an enhanced DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) if engaged in regulated activity. We have a suite of safeguarding procedures, policies and guidance for all of our staff and volunteers to ensure we actively promote the welfare and safety of the children in our schools.
Equality
We are also committed to equality of opportunity in employment and it is our policy to promote equal opportunities in employment, regardless of race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, creed, disability, sex, age, marital status or sexual orientation. This applies to our recruitment and selection practices, and our approach to training and career development.
