About Triumph Learning Trust

Aspiration, Collaboration, Innovation

Sarah Malam, CEO

Welcome to Triumph Learning Trust

Welcome to Triumph Learning Trust. We are a small MAT based in West Midlands with four schools Rugby Free Primary School, Rugby Free Secondary School, Alderman's Green Primary School and Courthouse Green Primary School.

We are an inclusive MAT and aim to establish close links with parents, carers and the wider communities where we are based. The Members, Trustees and Governors involved in TLT recognise we are here to serve the community by providing the very best all-round education for our students.

We set high expectations for our staff, who in turn encourage our students to be ambitious and have high aspirations.

Vision

Triumph Learning Trust, a community where everyone will flourish and succeed through collaboration, innovation and aspiration.   Creating together a place where all belong whilst celebrating the unique identity of our schools

Values

The Trust Values underpin the mission and provide the basis on which TLT Trust and School Leaders can articulate the key behavioural characteristics that promote a positive philosophy. Our three values are unseen drivers of our behaviour as experienced by others and are designed to create a shared organisational culture:

  • Innovation
  • Collaboration
  • Aspiration
